Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information. Please note that during high-volume times such as holidays, sales, or product launches, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing, and expedited options are available for an additional cost. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at wildtimbercosmetics@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right.
