Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our soap products, Wild Timber Soap Company does not accept returns or exchanges.

We strive to ensure every soap bar meets the highest standards of quality. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at wildtimbercosmetics@gmail.com. Include a clear photo of the damaged item(s) within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly provide a replacement or a suitable resolution.
