Hoosier Scrub is a pine tar bar with orange and lime essential oils — the combination that gives it that dark, slightly sweet, cola-adjacent scent that's hard to name but easy to recognize. Pine tar does the heavy lifting for cleansing: cuts through grease, grime, and a full day of earned dirt the way nothing else does. The citrus oils balance it out. No synthetic fragrance, no shortcuts. Handmade in small batches in St. Louis.
This one's named for South City — our backyard. The neighborhood where people still mow their own lawns, fix their own cars, and sit on the porch after. Wild Timber started in St. Louis and this is the bar that belongs to it. Some bars are named for places we had to drive to find. This one we already knew.
